Mixing and creating your own pizza as it was done in the past, all of this is now possible in a real Venetian villa and with the help of the original oven where bread was baked in the 1800s.
First, you will understand the ingredients in the company of Carlotta, who is also from the family or an expert pizzaiolo, along with a good aperitif. Then, we will roll out the dough that has risen for at least 24 hours and choose the best seasonal toppings for our pizza. We will all go to bake together with the help of the staff, and then it will be possible to enjoy the excellent pizza in the villa's porch or indoors. This includes drinks, a small appetizer, and coffee!
