A path through the historic environments, the vineyard, and the cellars of the Castello di Roncade, to learn together about the history of the residence and its winemaking tradition.
The visit begins at the Chiesetta di Sant’Anna, the private chapel of the Ciani Bassetti family, and continues into the secular garden, where the guide also shares the secrets of the ancient clock. Then we enter the main hall of Villa Giustinian and reach the vineyard.
The path continues in the 16th century cellars, amid the aromas of wine and the oak barrels used for aging. The visit ends with a guided tasting of six wines chosen to represent the production of the Castle, accompanied by a selection of local cured meats and cheeses.
