A path through architecture, history, and wine to discover the surroundings of Villa Giustinian and the winemaking tradition of the Castello di Roncade.
The visit begins in the century-old garden, where the guide tells the history of the residence and the secrets of its ancient clock. The journey continues in the main hall of the Villa and the vineyard, linking the historical spaces with the agricultural activity that still characterizes the complex today.
Next, we enter the 16th-century cellars, among the spaces dedicated to aging and the oak barrels. Here, scents, materials, and stories help to understand the work that accompanies the wine before it reaches the glass.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of five wines selected to represent the production of the Castle, accompanied by local cold cuts and cheeses.
